Slimming down for a prize! 🙌

Welcome to #SlimmingSeptember , #ChallengeMe2024 crew! It starts today, September 2nd, and ends on September 27th. This challenge has some freedom and a PRIZE for the biggest loser (optional if you want to participate in the weight-loss challenge).

The goal for the month is to shed a few pounds. How you do this; however, is totally up to you! I’ve created a tracker with 20 spaces to be used to track your item. Maybe you want to get 20 five mile runs in, or maybe 20 blue dot days. Whatever it is, name of the game is consistency, and you can fill in the arrows along the way. As always, at the end of the month there will be a form to report your arrow count. Winning team (don’t forget to check your team in my morning Connect posts) is the one with the highest average arrow count for the month.

Now for the weightloss prize! This part is totally optional, so no obligation. If you’d like to participate though, log your STARTING WEIGHT using the below form by Friday, September 6th:

At the end of the month, you’ll have to log your ending weight (by Friday, September 27th). The winner will be the crew member who lost the greatest percentage of weight. If there is a tie, all member names who tied will be entered into a random drawing to determine the winner. The prize, I haven’t decided yet, but may leave it up to the winner from a number of choices (e.g. $25 SBUX card, $25 Amazon card, $25 B&N card, etc). Sound good?
