#NonstopNovember – #ChallengeMe2024 Q4

Our November challenge, #NonstopNovember , starts today (November 1st) and runs through November 28th. That’s correct, this challenge ends on Thanksgiving Day (US).

We made it past Halloween and now we’re onto all the other food festivities that bombard us for the remaining two months of the year. There’s hope though…we have goals and this challenge can help us stay focused and engaged on our wellness journey.

You have 20 turkeys to earn over the 28 days of the challenge so there is plenty of room for special occassions if need be. You can earn a turkey by completing any three items from this list:

  • Blue Dot / Tracking
  • Selfcare
  • Sleep (7+ Hours)
  • Activity (30+ Minutes)
  • 10 Burpees
  • 2 Minutes Of Planks
  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • Read (15+ Minutes)
  • Try A New Recipe
  • Share A Struggle Or Victory On Connect

Completing three of those items a day should me you’re at least partially focused on your goals or at least it’s on your mind and you’re taking care of yourself in some way. Remember you cannot give your best self to others if you’re not well yourself.
