Today we start the last month for the #ChallengeMe2026 Q2 crew. There will be a sign-up for Q3 (JUL-SEP) posted near the middle of the month so keep an eye out! Remember, you must sign-up to stay in the crew each quarter. Now, onto the June challenge…
Today, June 1st, we start our #StartToSummer challenge! This month you have 28 days to earn the 25 suns on the challenge tracker (challenge ends June 28, 2026). This month is going to be all about YOU! As we change seasons, often time that means changes to lifestyle (kids are home, it’s too hot to exercise outside, schedules shift, there’s more parties and gatherings with goodies, etc, etc). We will focus on taking care of ourselves.
You have to do something for you to earn a sun. What that could be is entirely up to you. You can choose to do something consistent, like 25 days of workouts, or something different every day. Monday could be taking 15 minutes to read, Tuesday a workout, Wednesday weekend meal planning…whatever you want! Preference is to items related to wellness, especially the pillars of food/nutrition, activity, rest/sleep and mindset, but really, the choice is yours.
