As the headline reads, this month there are NO mays for us–just do! Changing up the format of the challenge for May; however, the goal is still the same: staying engaged on the journey!

Our #NoMayAboutIt challenge starts today and ends on May 28th. You have 28 days to knock out the 26 letters of the alphabet on the tracker. How do you earn a letter you ask? Keep reading…

You earn a letter on the tracker by doing something wellness related that supports your journey. Maybe you eat an Apple or do some Overhead press reps. Whatever it is, make it something important to you and your wellness journey and have it start with the letter you wish to earn. Simple right?

There are plenty of ways to earn a letter so you shouldn’t need to substitute anything. I’m not policing this, so do you but make an effort to stick to the letters please. Also, share your ideas! Maybe you have something cool for Q, post about it to help your fellow crew members. Don’t forget to use the #ChallengeMe2025 hashtag in your posts so others can find it easily!
